Revised fee structure and make up policy
- If a lesson is missed, the make-up lesson should be arranged and completed within 30 days of the missed lesson.
- If you need to take an extended break from lessons due to travel, competitions or other planned commitments in the following month, you may choose to pause the following month’s payment, provided advance notice is given before the 30th of the current month.
- If the following month’s fee has already been paid, up to 2 missed lessons may be rolled over to the following month and used by the end of that month.
